Kathmandu . Honorary General Consul of the Independent and Sovereign Nation of Hawai´i, Tejendra Sharma Poudel, has handed over the message of congratulations and good wishes sent by the Honorable President of the independent and sovereign nation of Hawaii . Hon. Pu’uhonua D.B.K. Kanahele to the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Nepal, Pushpa Kamal Dahal.

Poudel reached the Prime Minister’s office in Baluwatar and hand over the message to Prime Minister Dahal. In the letter sent by President Kanahele expressing his happiness for appointing Dahal as the Prime Minister, it is mentioned that Dahal’s excellent leadership and loyalty to the country and the faith and trust of the Nepalese people are proof.

‘As President and Head of State of the Nation of Hawai’i, I am truly excited about the prospect of international relations of peace and friendship between our nations. I believe that by working together as friends, we can achieve a better future for all people and promote understanding, cooperation, and progress in our world’ he has stated ‘I would like to express my admiration for your dedication to the people of Nepal and your commitment to making their lives better. I am confident that your leadership will bring about positive change and prosperity for the country and its citizens he has mentioned. Also, he said that he will follow the journey of Nepal’s Prime Minister Dahal and wished him the best in his new responsibility.’

Consul General Poudel has been cooperating for development, trade, tourism and friendly relations between the two nations. In addition, he said that cultural exchange between people and nations will also be emphasized.
